Senior Research Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: Ensure all assigned research is
diligently executed. Duties include data collection, database
management, market studies and development consultancy, developing
and providing input for market surveys and quarterly market
reports. RESPONSIBILITIES: Research: Collect data and quarterly
updated information on the Real Estate industry. Write/update
reports on all property market segments. Assist in planning and
implementing market research and consultancy services. Develop and
author reports based on client provided scope of work. Process data
and provide input for research reports Assist in maintaining,
updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam
and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic
indicators. Develop market presentations, prepare office
newsletters, and press releases. Develop and maintain a thorough
