Collaboration with cross-functional teams in R&D, quality assurance, and manufacturing is essential to ensure Design for Reliability (DFR).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute reliability test strategies for IVD devices
• Lead DFMEA and reliability risk assessments
• Design and implement HALT, HASS, and ALT testing programs
• Perform detailed life data analysis using Weibull models
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and manufacturing teams
