Your Mission

This is a senior leadership role with portfolio-wide responsibilities, requiring both strategic oversight and direct leadership of release management practices across all Paradox Interactive products.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end release management strategy for a diverse portfolio of titles, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant launches across PC (Steam, Epic, GOG) and console platforms (Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox).
