Job Description



**Job Purpose**



The primary role of the Senior Relationship Manager (RM) is to build trust and value-added relationships with key clients within the accounts they manage. Relationship Managers are considered a key strategic point person that can speak on a strategic level with their assigned customers and represent all aspects of ICE Data Services. RM’s are measured on revenue retention and growth with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long term client relationships.



**Responsibilities**



+ Responsible for managing all revenue streams across ICE Data Services’ full portfolio of products and services.

+ Accountable for maintaining and expanding the existing revenue base while proactively mitigating risks and preventing revenue erosion within assigned accounts.

+ Develop and nurture relationships across all client organization levels, including C-suite executives.
