• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Negotiate offers and manage the process through to placement and post-placement follow-up.


• Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market mapping.


• Maintain accurate records on the ATS/CRM and keep pipelines strong for key skillsets.
