For our client, a renowned private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

•Talent Acquisition:Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a wide range of banking positions across front, middle, and back office.

•Stakeholder Management:Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment needs are met with high-quality talent in a timely manner.

•Candidate Experience:Ensure a smooth recruitment process and an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and efficient workflows.

•Employer Branding:Strengthen the bank’s positioning as an employer of choice through targeted recruitment strategies, digital outreach, and an effective internal referral program.

•Market Intelligence:Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to refine talent strategies.
