Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of revenue leakage.
- Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel; proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) is an added advantage.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of claim denials, rejections, and underpayments, and recommend preventive strategies.
- Monitor and report on key RCM metrics (AR days, denial rates, clean claim rates, collection rates).
