About the Role

What you'll do:
Design, develop, and maintain automated testing infrastructure and scripts to validate cellular base stations, ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements.
Support and enhance test management tools and continuous integration (CI) processes to streamline validation workflows.
Maintain and improve database management and analytical tools used for test result tracking and performance analysis.
Lead the creation and ownership of comprehensive system test plans in close collaboration with automation and QA teams.
Investigate root causes of test failures and work with development teams to define and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.
