Join West Borneo Construction Sdn Bhd as a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in our Kuching, Sarawak headquarters. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the Construction industry, managing project costs and ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.

Job Description

Pre-Contract / Tender - Calling quotation, preparing costing and tender preparation for Tender submission.

Post Contract - Preparing Progress claim, Progress Report, Progress Payment for Sub-Contractor, Variation Order and Final Account for on-going project.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers and sub-contractors on project progress.

Any other task assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.

Requirement

Degree in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.

Responsibility, good working attitude and self-motivated.
