Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role
Due to the start of 4 new projects within their Water sector, our client, a top Utility Contractor has the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis with immediate effect.
They schemes are currently in design phase on relatively small value cost-plus contracts with daily duties including overseeing 1-2 of these projects commercially from start to completion with specific duties including overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, Payments, Cost Reporting and meetings with the Senior Management and Stakeholders.
To be considered you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have solid Water and Civil Engineering exposure to your name gained within the Main Contracting environment.
In return, an immediate start is on offer along with a top day rate and long term contract.
