About the Role
Reginald Gray is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established principal contractor with a £30M turnover. The business operate across sectors including private and public residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and leisure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets
* Monitor financial performance and ensure value for money
* Manage commercial aspects of projects, including contracts and procurement
* Liaise with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure financial control
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior QS on multi-sector projects
* Strong knowledge of construction costs, contracts, and procurement processes
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
