Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil/Architectural) to join our Commercial Team. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary group of professionals to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial plans for interior fit-out and construction projects.

The role involves preparing detailed cost plans, managing project budgets, monitoring costs throughout project execution, identifying potential overruns, and implementing cost-saving measures. The Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for valuing completed works, preparing and negotiating final accounts, and assisting in the selection of contractors and subcontractors.
