Key Accountabilities
Carry out Quantity Surveying tasks on assigned projects. Bill of Quantities preparation, value engineering and cost management for assigned projects as may be necessary Tracking of procurement to ensure tender packages have been prepared and contract awards have been made for all elements of assigned projects Support the overview of the quality, level of coordination and completeness of the documents (Bill of Quantities and general conditions of contracts) for contractor tender documents and support the commercial department in procuring the most suitable contractors and suppliers.
