Join a contractor delivering large-scale residential developments across London.
They have major schemes kicking off in 2026 and due to project scale they are looking to appoint Senior Quantity Surveyors to strengthen the commercial team.
 
This is a site-based roles on substantial new build residential project - proper delivery roles, not head office commercial support positions.
 
Projects are traditional contract, multi-storey residential schemes with associated infrastructure, access roads and commercial elements.
 
The Role

Full commercial responsibility on large-scale residential packages
• Management of subcontractor procurement, accounts and variations
• CVRs, cost reporting and commercial forecasting
• Working closely with the Project Manager and site team to protect margins
