About the Role
Define and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and reporting across functional, non-functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing
Own end-to-end testing across enterprise software and physical kiosk terminals
Drive test automation adoption, converting high-value manual tests into automated coverage over time
Lead API and integration testing across multiple backend systems and databases
Act as a key quality partner between internal teams and third-party vendors
Perform root cause analysis across complex, interdependent systems
Support Agile delivery within cross-functional product teams
