• Job Description
• Define quality goals for production with QAQC Manager.
• Lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the IATF 16949 QMS for the entire organization.
• Ensure all processes comply with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements (CSR), and internal standards.
• Maintain and update quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate external audits (IATF/ISO) and manage audit readiness across all departments.
• Develop and manage the annual audit plan for system, process, and product audits.
• Lead major internal audits and follow up on corrective actions to ensure closure within target timelines.
• Lead APQP activities including PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP documentation.
