Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to manage and oversee the quality assurance process with a focus on manual testing. The QA Lead will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams. While automation is part of our process, this role emphasizes manual testing to ensure thorough, exploratory, and user-focused testing for all products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA Team: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, focusing on manual testing methodologies, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Manual Testing Execution: Define and implement comprehensive manual testing strategies, ensuring rigorous test case creation, execution, and defect identification.
