Senior QS/ Assistant Contract Manager/ Contract Manager

Responsibilities

To lead and manage the Contract team in the preparation of Pre and Post Tender quotation submission, including costing, calculations and monitoring of progress.

To understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications for quotation.

Measure/ take off quantities for Tender / Design & Build drawing.

Communicate with various parties such as Sub-Contractor, Suppliers, and Vendors.

Undertake the cost analysis and select the competitive option for quotation.

Assess and prepare variation orders, interim valuations, extension of time letter, monthly progress claim, cost plans and budget studies for on-going project.

Preparation of documentation such as Payment Certificate, Variation Order, Extension of Time and Letter of Award for Sub-Contractor, etc.

Update and maintain awareness of different building contracts to ensure information is always up-to-date.
