Senior Python Software Engineer

Overview

In this role, you will own the stability and performance of a live, customer-facing hiring events platform operating across multiple U.S. time zones. You will work in high-impact production environments where your decisions directly affect live hiring events and client experience. You will take end-to-end ownership, operate autonomously, and influence how the platform evolves and scales.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues affecting live hiring events, taking ownership of investigation, resolution, and follow-up to protect customer experience
• Own backend services supporting hiring events, ensuring stability, reliability, and smooth operation during high-volume, time-critical workflows
• Collaborate closely with Client Support, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to triage issues, align priorities, and deliver timely resolutions
