Join our team as a Purchasing Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of indirect daily orders and PO management In this position, you'll provide essential support across a range of activities, from vendor management to master data maintenance, making sure all orders placed through ARIBA are processed and delivered on time. As a specialist in indirect purchasing, you'll take end-to-end ownership within your area, contributing directly to our operational success.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide support for team members on Indirect daily ordering activities. Drive process improvement initiatives and actively contribute in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. Supporting deployment of new processes
Representing advanced level of process knowledge and expertise.
Support to convert Purchase request to Purchase order, coming from ARIBA, handle order confirmations
