**The Role**

+ Lead proposal development for RFPs, business cases, and technical documentation—owning structure, content, and narrative from opportunity qualification through submission.
+ Translate complex technical architectures into clear, compelling business value propositions that resonate with government decision-makers.
+ Manage and coordinate contributions from pre-sales, solution architecture, subject matter experts, and delivery teams—ensuring documents are accurate, impactful, and aligned with compliance and procurement standards.
+ Take a hands-on approach to writing high-quality deliverables (RF...
