Senior Proposal & Licensing Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle registration and renewal of company licenses such as KDN, PIKM, PBT and anything related.
• Manage company tenders for private and government tender such as KPM tender.
• Register KDN vetting for all new joiner staffs upon receiving email from HR.
• Monitor, prepare, and renew tenancy for office branch, service proposals, quotations, order confirmations and service contract.
• Maintain records of all clients’ SOPs, rules, and regulations.
• Plan, arrange, manage & conduct any and all processes involving CSG Training /TNG Training.
• Handle customer service, conduct research and telemarketing to reach potential clients.
• Manage registration with government bodies and potential clients.
• Coordinate insurance claims and manage yearly insurance policy renewals with agents.
• Oversee and develop marketing campaigns to promote the company and its service.
