JOB DESCRITPION

 Technical Proposal Management

1. Technical Proposal: Support DB proposal manager to manage technical proposal including ER
   study, queries, compliance, deviations, technical review and technical proposal production.
2. Process Review: Responsible for the proper treatment process to be selected along with process
   engineer or guarantor, ensuring the proposed process is cost-effective, efficient and the best
   solution to meet RFPs/ER and SUEZ winning strategy.
3. Process Optimization: By assessment on water quality, guarantees, capacity and any unique
   project constraints, to conduct necessary cost estimation, value engineering, potential risk and
   opportunities to increase the chances of winning projects.
   

Preliminary/Concept proposals:

1. To develop preliminary proposals including necessary technical proposal and CAPEX/OPEX
   estimation under limited resource and timeline
