Role Description

To become part of the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team (PSET) coordinating and managing proposals for all parts of the Arcadis businesses.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in training the Proposal Coordinators and provide guidance on the Arcadis Way of Client Development.
• Manage the team's workload by assigning requests to Proposal Coordinators and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Review and evaluate proposal documents including technical, financial and provide guidance on any risks realized.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Pursuit Teams and Bid Managers to prepare proposal matrix plans.
