The Opportunity: Strategy, Narrative & Design
This role serves as the strategic cornerstone of our proposal process—overseeing each phase from RFP review through development to final delivery. Combining strategic thinking with creative execution, you will shape the narratives and visuals that define how FBM presents its work to clients and partners.
Your expertise in both writing and design will ensure each submission reflects the creativity, precision, and excellence that define our practice.
Proposal Preparation: Leads the development and coordination of client proposals, from reviewing RFPs to producing comprehensive, well-crafted submissions. 
Content Development: Partners with internal team leads to gather and refine technical content, ensuring all materials are engaging, relevant, and client-focused.
