KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage a tidy portfolio of 220 residential properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs from start to finish
• Manage arrears, renewals and lease compliance
• Work closely with leasing, inspections and admin support
