Senior Property Manager
If you’re an experienced Property Manager who knows what they’re doing but feels constantly overloaded, this role will feel different. This isn’t one of those “155 properties” roles that’s actually 200 in 3 months time. It’s 155 properties. Full stop and capped.
In this Role You’ll:
- Manage a tidy, well-maintained portfolio of 155 properties
- Oversee maintenance and work closely with trades
- Handle escalations and more complex matters
- Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- No routines
You’ll be trusted to run your portfolio without being micromanaged.
