An established and highly regarded property investment and asset management organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets in Adelaide.
Due to portfolio growth, this is a newly created position offering autonomy, exposure to strategic asset planning and long-term career development within a high-performing in-house property team.
The Role
Reporting to the Portfolio Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial and industrial property portfolio, ensuring strong financial performance, tenant retention and operational compliance.
