Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of complex yacht-building projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires extensive technical experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a demanding, detail-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple yacht-building projects from concept through sea trials and final delivery. Coordinate engineering, design, production, procurement, quality assurance, and client service teams. Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress documentation.
