Senior Project Manager

MoD is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead major HR technology initiatives from concept through implementation. In this role, you’ll drive complex projects, manage resources and budgets, guide stakeholders, and streamline HRIS processes to improve efficiency across the organization. You will also oversee partner selection through RFPs, coordinate project teams, support system training, and develop clear documentation to ensure smooth system adoption and ongoing change management.

This is a long-term contract following a hybrid work model.

This is a rare opportunity to lead and implement SAP SuccessFactors to modernize their SAP HCM platform. You will manage multiple workstreams—including data migration, integrations, testing, and replication—while providing hands-on business analysis when needed.
