About the Role

Contract: 6 months (up to 12 months)
FULLY ON-SITE (5 days a week) in York Mills
Must Haves:
5+ years in retail or regulated industries (banking, telecom, health care, public sector).
Delivering complex projects that include a minimum of two of the following workstreams:
Process optimization, process re-engineering, process mapping, re-engineering, operating model impacts
People & Organizational Change: training, communications, readiness, adoption (understanding of it)
Data & Reporting: data migration, data quality, reporting/dashboarding

Apply established project management tools, governance frameworks, and organizational processes to support effective decision-making.
