We are seeking a Senior Project Lead with 8–10+ years of experience to bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic management. You are not just a developer; you are an Architect of Efficiency. Your mission is to oversee website deployments, manage project lifecycles, and—most importantly—pioneer new AI-driven workflows that 10x our team's output. You will use LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to build, test, and deploy functional applications in rapid 2-5 day cycles.
