Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, customer-facing product development and manufacturing launch programs. This role owns end-to-end project performance across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

The Senior Project Manager leads cross-functional, matrixed teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Commercial functions, ensuring alignment with customer commitments and business objectives. This role serves as a key interface with executive leadership, plant teams, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, cross-functional projects or programs from kickoff through launch and closure
• Own project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and overall delivery performance
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and key project artifacts (RAID logs, action plans, status reports)
