Project Leadership & Delivery
Take full ownership of MEP and FIA packages from pre‑construction through installation, commissioning and final handoverAct as the senior MEP lead on site, coordinating closely with construction, CSA, commissioning and client teamsProgramme & Commercial Control
Manage and maintain detailed MEP programmes aligned with the overall construction scheduleMonitor progress against milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategiesSupport cost control activities, including change management, valuations and commercial reportingTechnical & Quality Management
