About the Role

An established civil contractor in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major asphalt, roadbuilding, and municipal infrastructure projects.

You’ll oversee multiple paving and civil projects simultaneously, manage client relationships, drive schedule and cost performance, and mentor a high‑functioning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of asphalt, paving, and municipal roadwork projects (estimating, planning, execution, close‑out).
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, change orders, and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality, safety, and production targets alongside field teams.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication throughout project delivery.
• Review contracts, tender documents, and project specifications to ensure accurate scope alignment.
