Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Vancouver Office located in Coquitlam, BC.
Responsibilities
Overall Project delivery from cradle to grave including accountability for the Projects profitability Constant forecasting of the Project’s progress both financially (variances to budget) and operationally (meeting construction schedule deliverables). This includes accountability for mitigation of any financial or operational risk Ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations including Worksafe and Employment Standards are met or exceeded Responsible for all onsite labour coordination including management of subcontractors Prepare and issue subcontractor agreements and/or purchase orders including reconciling revised contract amounts Responsible for Equipment and Material procurement including price negotiation with vendors and meeting schedul...
