What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain a strategic plan document or dashboard summarizing top client priorities and major workstreams
- Facilitate monthly or quarterly strategic reviews with Client Success and executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Provide structured status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders
- Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and templates to support scalable execution
