About The Opportunity 

Netrix Global is looking for a Senior  Project Manager for the Professional Services – Delivery Operations department. The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing service delivery to our clients, ensuring exceptional quality, timely performance, and fulfillment of contractual obligations. They will act as the key point of contact for interactions with clients and service delivery teams, ensuring the smooth execution of services that meet or exceed client expectations.
As a Senior  Project Manager  you will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high standards of service, identify areas for improvement, and manage escalations when necessary. This role requires a solid understanding of service delivery processes, customer management, and the ability to drive performance improvements across all projects.
