 5-6+ years' experience in complex project management
 Proven experience working for a vendor and delivery of projects to clients
 Proven experience delivering CRM implementations end-to-end, ideally in Dynamics 365
 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, expectation management and stakeholder engagement abilities
 Agile experience
