Senior Project Engineer(HVAC)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all the Project is operate within the schedule.
• Prepare the meeting minutes for the Monthly Progress Report.
• Prepare the Site Organization Chart, Master Work Programmed, short term work schedule for daily operation.
• To co‑coordinate all internal & external efforts for proper job execution.
• To carry out an internal inspection with the respective sub‑contractor responsible for the work.
• Prepared the project costing for all the new projects.
• To communicate with customers / client to fulfill their requirement.
• To arrange for collection of tender document.
• To call for quotation for materials and sub‑contractor work.
• Pricing for Bill of Quantities (BQ).
• Random checking into works done by Project Supervisor.
• Finalizing of tender with Managing Director / Operator Director.
• Site visit.
