Lead the CRA Strategic Initiative from a Project Director perspective in accordance with Hitachi Energy’s governance model
Support the current Project Manager to ensure seamless handover and future management of the project
Represent the initiative at the Steering Committee and provide leadership to Workstream Groups including leads and subject matter experts
Oversee the Delivery Lead to maintain and update the project plan in MS Project, monitor task completion, critical path, and weekly progress reporting
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues across the initiative
Assign responsibilities, manage workloads, and ensure timely follow-ups with internal teams
