About the Role
POSITION: SENIOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / PROJECT DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Selling and Strategic Planning from conceptualization to turnover of Costa Del Hamilo Residential Projects and Highlands Prime.
- Enhancement Projects in Pico de Loro and Tagaytay Highlands including Amenities, Facilities, Infrastructures, etc.
- Lead the identification and assessment of potential projects, conducting feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments to determine the viability and potential returns on investment.
- Develop comprehensive project development strategies aligned with the organization's objectives, considering financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental factors.
