Senior Project Accountant

CentreCourt is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to join the Accounting team and support the financial management of its high-rise residential development portfolio across the Greater Toronto Area. This role plays an important part in the financial oversight of multiple active projects, ensuring accurate reporting, funding coordination, and financial transparency throughout the development lifecycle.

The Senior Project Accountant will work closely with project managers, cost consultants, lenders, and internal leadership to manage the monthly accounting and reporting cycle for residential condominium and purpose-built rental developments. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high degree of accuracy across project financial reporting.
