Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Department of Women and Child Development and ICDS Department in Chandigarh. You'll spend 70% of your time working within these departments on policy implementation and research, and 30% on field visits to districts for program monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with government departments and stakeholders
• Support policy implementation and research for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for government stakeholders
