Senior Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to lead field operations and program delivery across assigned districts in Uttar Pradesh. The SPM will manage a team of Program Managers and District Coordinators, drive scale and quality of our Teacher Professional Development (TPD) and Parent Program (PP) verticals, and play a key role in government engagement and institutional handover. This is a hybrid role you will split time between field presence in UP districts and remote coordination. It demands someone who is equally comfortable in an Anganwadi centre and a government review meeting. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own end-to-end program delivery across launch and mature districts covering AWW mapping, beat coverage, activation, and training completion targets.
