Senior Program Manager- FinTech

Role Overview
Azilen’s FinTech business is at a strong inflection point. With a solid foundation of enterprise customers, fintech team and meaningful revenue already in place, the next phase is about scale, differentiation, and productized impact.
You will own the end-to-end growth and evolution of the FinTech Business Unit - revenue, margins, team, customer outcomes, and innovation. This role is meant for a builder-leader who can combine business ownership, deep solution thinking and AI-led transformation.
You will play a critical role in transitioning the FinTech BU from a services-led execution model to a consulting-driven, productized solutions business, with Agentic AI and AI/ML at the core.
Who you are:
1. P&L Ownership & Business Growth
- Own full P&L for the FinTech Business Unit — revenue, margins, costs, and growth investments.
