About the Role
Lead and manage complex engineering programs from concept through commercialization.Own program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans, ensuring disciplined financial and capacity management. Drive timely decision-making to maintain schedule and cost commitments.Develop and implement program strategy, objectives and plans in alignment with the product roadmap and business goals.Lead and influence cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
