Senior Program Manager (DevOps)

The Senior Program Manager (DevOps) owns the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operations of JFC’s in-house Store and External Order Management Systems (OMS) and auxiliary systems.

These platforms manage internal and external orders, integrating with POS and external channels. The role is accountable for system uptime, reliable feature rollouts, and service quality across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy and Roadmap Ownership

• Define and maintain a clear, prioritized OMS roadmap aligned to digital commerce goals and store operation needs.

Uptime, Reliability, and Incident Readiness

• Ensure OMS stability and performance through proactive monitoring, SLOs, and disciplined change management. Lead incident response and post-mortems with internal teams and vendors.
