Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
• Review program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases.
• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan, assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
• Drive and coordinate projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating work/communication across different departments.
