About the Role

 In this role you will:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for onboarding and servicing experiences, aligning with business strategy, client needs, and regulatory requirements

Partner with stakeholders across Wealth Management, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Distribution to deliver impactful product initiatives

Champion client-centric design by identifying pain points, conducting gap analyses, and implementing solutions that enhance onboarding and servicing journeys

Conduct and synthesize research and analysis (e.g., product gap analysis, current state analysis, industry trends) to inform product strategy and prioritization

Lead and support the understanding and documenting of business needs through Agile methods such as user stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done, etc.
